You don't need more advice. You need people at your level.
A small, virtual mastermind for high performers who want real accountability, a full year of commitment, and a group of peers who actually understand what they're building.
You're the smartest person in most rooms
That's not a brag, it's a problem. There's no one around you who's operating at the same level, so there's no one to really challenge your thinking.
Most high performers I talk to aren't short on ambition. They're short on people who get it.
You're isolated at the top
The higher you climb, the fewer people you can be fully honest with. That isolation adds up, even when everything looks fine from the outside.
You have plenty of advice, not enough accountability
Podcasts, books, coaches, none of it sticks the way a real group of peers checking in on you does.
How it Works
A full year together: this isn't a short program, it's a year-long commitment built for lasting change, not a quick fix
A small group: 4 to 5 members, virtual only, so every voice matters and no one hides in the back
Two hour sessions: enough time to actually dig into what's going on, not a rushed check-in
A monthly one on one call: individual support between group sessions, so nothing gets lost in the group and no one feels left behind
Real structure: built on the same accountability model behind the classic Think and Grow Rich mastermind concept, not just a loose call
No outside chat group: what happens in the room stays focused and intentional, not diluted into a group text you ignore
Built for people used to leading, not following
This group is for executives, entrepreneurs, and high performers who are already successful and want a room of peers operating at a similar level, people who can push back, ask the right questions, and hold you accountable to what actually matters.
If you've outgrown the value of one-on-one advice alone and want the sharpened thinking that only comes from a group of equals, this is built for you.
My approach
I'm a licensed counselor and performance coach who's spent years working with high performers individually. I built this group because the best growth I've seen in my own life came from being in rooms with people who wouldn't let me get away with less than my best.
My approach comes down to one idea: improve the individual, improve the performance. A room full of people doing that together goes further than any one person doing it alone.
Spots are limited on purpose
This only works if the group stays small. If you're ready for a room of peers who will actually hold you to something, apply below and we'll set up a time to talk.
